In this class, you'll learn the basics of how our bodies respond to stress and the impact that diet can have on your ability to do so. Your diet's role in maintaining good mental health will be discussed as well. You will learn that what you eat can reduce depression and anxiety while managing stress!
This class will be facilitated by Tiffany Flaten with Rock Bottom Wellness. Tiffany is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and is licensed in the state of Minnesota. With a background in teaching Anatomy and Physiology, along with extensive advanced education in nutrition, Tiffany is well suited to engage and inform on one of the most important health related topics there is!
